Question 1

What is an MCP server?

Accepted Answer

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI agents like Claude and ChatGPT connect to external tools. Kuaray Oka generates an MCP server for your business so agents can read your services, check availability, and book appointments.

Question 2

Do I need to write code?

Accepted Answer

No. You describe your services, set your availability, and we handle the rest. Your landing page and MCP server are deployed automatically.

Question 3

How does the WhatsApp integration work?

Accepted Answer

When a customer messages your WhatsApp Business number, an AI agent reads the message, checks your calendar, and books the appointment — all in natural language. You get notified of every booking.

Question 4

Which AI agents can book appointments?

Accepted Answer

Any agent that supports the MCP protocol can connect to your server. We've tested with Claude and are expanding support. WhatsApp booking works independently through our built-in AI agent.

Question 5

Can I accept payments for bookings?

Accepted Answer

Stripe payment integration is coming soon. Today, you can set prices on services and collect payment in person or through your own payment links.

Question 6

What calendar systems do you sync with?

Accepted Answer

Google Calendar is fully supported with two-way OAuth sync. Outlook and Cal.com sync are on our roadmap.

Question 7

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Better — the Free plan is forever free. 1 landing page, 100 AI page-setup actions per month, Google Calendar (read-only), email notifications. No credit card needed. Upgrade only when you outgrow the limits.

Question 8

Can I cancel any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel anytime from the Billing tab in your dashboard. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period — no refund, no penalty.

Question 9

Can I export my data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Email info@kuaray.tech from the address on your account and we'll send a full export of your contacts, leads, and bookings within one business day. A self-serve CSV export is on the roadmap.

Question 10

How is this different from Calendly + a website builder?

Accepted Answer

Calendly handles scheduling. A website builder gives you a static page. Glued together, that's two products and zero AI integration. Kuaray Oka is one product: your landing page IS the MCP server, so AI agents like Claude and ChatGPT can read your services, check availability, and book — without you wiring anything up. The booking flow on your page works for both humans and agents.

Question 11

Does this work if I sell abroad?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The public side of your pages — forms, booking, buttons — works in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and German and follows the visitor's language, so a buyer in Germany sees the page in theirs. That's what matters if you sell into Europe or Mercosur. You write the content in whatever language you choose, and the MCP server hands that content to AI assistants anywhere.
